Getting started

Welcome to Semantico. This guide walks you through signing in, understanding the credit model, and enriching your first product.

Your Semantico workspace lives at dashboard.semantico.ai.

  1. Open the dashboard and sign in with the email and password provided when your workspace was created.
  2. If you have not verified your email yet, check your inbox for the verification link.
  3. Once signed in, you land on your catalog — the list of every product in your workspace.

If you don’t have an account yet, contact your Semantico account manager or our support team to have your workspace set up.

Semantico runs on a credit model. Each AI generation action consumes credits from your workspace balance — for example, generating a description, categorizing a product, or translating a field. Different actions cost different amounts.

  • Your current balance is shown in the dashboard.
  • Credits are shared across everyone in your workspace.
  • Every generation records how many credits it consumed, so you can track usage over time.

When you’re close to running out, contact your account manager to top up. See Understanding credits for more detail.

The fastest way to see Semantico in action:

  1. In the catalog, click Add product and enter a reference — a product name, an EAN / barcode, a SKU, or a source URL. The more precise the reference, the better the result.
  2. Open the product and click Generate.
  3. Choose what to generate (description, name, category, images, attributes, translations) or run a full generation to produce everything at once.
  4. Generation runs in the background. When it finishes, the product page updates with the AI-generated content, ready for you to review.
